Our design work in the wild
Some bits of our recent print and advertising design work pop up out in the world.
Most of the time our design work is out in the world as soon as we press the launch button on our latest website project (there isn’t really a launch button). For other bits of design we undertake, print and advertising for example, there’s the extra excitement of waiting for it to see the light of day.
In the past few weeks the first of the range of awards we designed for Fairer Finance has appeared online - a gold ribbon proudly displayed on their website by recipient Hiscox Insurance. The Fairer Finance icon was specifically designed to remain recognisable even at small sizes as one of its most important contexts is as a feature on posters and ads.
Of course we don’t have to always go looking for our work. These days there’s also an army of spotters out there on Twitter who might just be noticing and photographing it. Here’s one of the London Underground posters we designed for Kabbee just before Christmas hanging out on the District Line.

But of course once the work is out of the office, there’s no telling what might can happen…

That isn’t exactly what I was picturing as I carefully tweaked the layout on that poster!comments powered by Disqus
